Pilastom modified raw materials offer numerous features that enhance the manufacturing process and end product quality. These materials reduce waste, save energy, and improve surface quality while lowering the overall cost of the final product. They eliminate dents and reduce moisture retention, thereby speeding up the production process. Additionally, they increase impact and heat resistance, as well as the elastic modulus and filling capacity. Pilastom materials elevate secondary products to near-primary quality, reduce vibration in the final product, and adjust fluidity values according to specific demands.

When standard product series are insufficient to meet specific customer demands and project requirements, the technical team at Pilastom can design special formulations. These customized Pilastom formulas are developed to achieve targeted product performance and address specific processing needs.
Compliance with customer specifications can include features such as antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, fireproof HFR/HFFR, special HFFR (1.10 gr/cm³), resistance to grease and similar oils, rubber texture, high heat resistance, suitability for food contact, resistance to various chemicals, and functionality at high and low temperatures. Additionally, Pilastom can provide antistatic properties, mold release agents, non-scratch surfaces, adhesion to different plastics, adjustable die production, sponge products, TPU gloss, high mechanical strength, and easy processing with high efficiency.
Additional Features for Our Granules
Our granules can be enhanced with a variety of extra features to meet specific needs. These include antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, antistatic capabilities, and scratchproof surfaces. They also offer resistance to grease and oils, high migration resistance, and can form a foam structure with swelling additives. The granules are designed for short cycle times and can perform at both low and high temperatures. They are compatible with food applications and provide glassy transparency, resistance to many chemicals, and include essence products. Additionally, they offer easy release from molds, high mechanical strength, and slider properties. Non-flammability (HFFR/HFR), a full range of colors, adhesion to engineering plastics, low permanent deformation, and low mold shrinkage are also among the customizable features.
